| Design: | Stylized five-pointed star breast badge, 40mm across with suspension ribbon. | |||
| Obverse: | on a stylized five-pointed star, a central gold round disk with the globe and the shape of Vietnam, in the middle is a blue ship, at the bottom are two rice branches and half of a cogwheel; surrounded by an outer ring with the inscription above "VI SU NGHIEP PHAT TRIEN NGANH" in blue, and below "THUONG MAI VIET NAM" in red. | |||
| Reverse: | plain gold background | |||
| Suspension: | "hero" style | |||
| Ribbon: | rectangle, size 20mm x 34mm, gold outer border, the inside is covered with red fabric. | |||
