There is no current information on the awarding of this medal so it might have been added to the Commemorative Medal "For the development of Culture, Sports and Tourism". | |||
| Design: | Gold five-pointed star breast badge, 35mm across with suspension ribbon. | |||
| Obverse: | on a gold five-pointed star with pieces of roll film in between, a central disk with a shining five-pointed star, lotus flowers, and spools of roll film; surrounded with a yellow ring with the inscription "VI SU NGHIEP DIEN ANH VIET NAM" in red. | |||
| Reverse: | plain gold background | |||
| Suspension: | "hero" style | |||
| Ribbon: | rectangle, size 17mm x 24mm, gold outer border, the inside is covered with blue fabric. | |||
