  For: This badge was awarded to individuals who gained the title of Emulation Fighter of Hanoi.
  Design: Gold five-pointed star breast badge, 38mm across, with suspension ribbon.
    Obverse: on a gold five-pointed star with a small point in between, a central round disk with the symbol of Hanoi (Khue Van Pavilion) in gold on red background, surrounded by a gold ring with the red inscription "CHIEN SI THI DUA THANH PHO HA NOI" (Emulation Fighter of Hanoi City), and a lotus flower at the bottom.
    Reverse: plain gold background
    Suspension: "hero" style
  Ribbon: rectangle, size 15mm x 25mm, gold outer border, red background with the number "2007" in gold.
