| Obverse: | on a gold five-pointed star with two small points in between, a central round disk with blue background and the Dong Som drum pattern in gold and a red crane in the middle. Below is the gold inscription "TRUNG TÂM KHXH VÀ NV QUỐC GIA - NCSSH" (National Center for Social Sciences and Humanities). | |||
| Reverse: | gold background with the manufacturer's name and phone number. | |||
| Suspension: | "hero" style | |||
| Ribbon: | rectangle, size 12mm x 26mm, gold outer order, red background and the text "2-12-1953". | |||
