| Design: | Gold five-pointed star breast badge, 43mm across with suspension ribbon. | |||
| Obverse: | on a gold five-pointed star with three small points in between, a central round disk with the image of the Government's building on blue sky background, at the bottom is the text "28.8.1945" which is the establishment date of the Government's Office; surrounded by a red ring with the gold inscription "VÌ SỰ NGHIỆP VĂN PHÒNG CHÍNH PHỦ" above, and two rice branches and a half cogwheel in gold below. | |||
| Reverse: | plain gold background. | |||
| Suspension: | "hero" style | |||
| Ribbon: | rectangle, size 13mm x 28mm, gold outer border, red background with a gold five-pointed star in the middle. | |||
