| Obverse: | a gold five-pointed star on top of a gold pentago, a central round disk with gold background and a green mountain, above is the inscription "Quyết Thắng" (Determined to Win), below is the inscription "CHIẾN SỸ TRƯỜNG SƠN" (Truong Son soldiers) in red, a rice branch and a cogwheel on the two sides. | |||
| Reverse: | gold background with the manufacturer's name and phone number. | |||
