| Design: | Gold five-pointed star breast badge, 45mm across with suspension ribbon. | |||
| Obverse: | on a gold five-pointed star, a central round disk with red background and the symbols: a cogwheel, an incense-burner, and an opening book, surrounded by a gold ring with two rice branches on top and the red inscription "LAO ĐỘNG THƯƠNG BINH XÃ HỘI" (Labor, War invalids and Social affairs" at the bottom. | |||
| Reverse: | plain gold background | |||
| Suspension: | "hero" style | |||
| Ribbon: | rectangle, silver outer border, the inside is covered with red fabric with a yellow stripe in the middle. | |||
