| Design: | Gold five-pointed star breast badge, 43mm across with suspension ribbon. | |||
| Obverse: | on a gold five-pointed star, a central round disk with blue background and the images of a hydro-power plan, a rice branch, a cogwheel and the green forest (?), surrounded by a gold ring with the red inscription "VÌ SỰ NGHIỆP NÔNG NGHIỆP VÀ PHÁT TRIỂN NÔNG THÔN" (For Agriculture and Rural development). | |||
| Reverse: | plain gold background | |||
| Suspension: | "hero" style | |||
| Ribbon: | rectangle, size 13mm x 25mm, gold outer border, the inside is covered with red fabric. | |||
