| For: | The Resistance Student Union of Hanoi was established with the first members who were communication and military intelligence in police and army. The first few establishments were in Chu Van An, Trung Vuong and Albert Sarraut schools and had organized strong fighting movements during the period of French temporary occupation in 1947-1954. The Union was then unified and changed to Hanoi National Salvation Youth Union. | |||

| Obverse: | on a gold five-poined star with 3 small points in between, a central round disk with gold background and the symbol of Khue Van Cac (Khue Van Pavillion) and the text "HÀ NỘI" at the bottom, surrounded by a red ring with the gold inscription "THANH NIÊN HỌC SINH SINH VIÊN K.C - 1947-1954". (RESISTANCE YOUTH AND STUDENTS - 1947-1954). | |||
