  Ribbon: 25mm - 12.5mm red, 12.5mm light blue, with 0.5mm edges and 4.5mm stripes 2mm from edges, white mottled with yellow thread; pentagonal;
  Ribbon bar: 32mm, on brass frame stamped on bottom GIAI PHONG;

20/A/1 First Class - Device: three small gold stars;
20/A/2 Second Class - Device: two small gold stars;
20/A/3 Third Class - Device: one small gold star;

 

20/B EARLY VERSION
  three classes - distinguished by ribbon device stars - established 9 August 1965

  Ribbon: 25mm - blue 5mm, red 15mm, blue 5mm; pentagonal;

20/B/1 First Class - Device: three small gold stars;
